Cancellation, returns and refunds
Current rules
- Cancellation: Free cancellation before dispatch.

- Some parts are sold as non-cancellable or non-returnable; their product page says so before you buy.

How to cancel an order, return a part and get your refund. Each part's own terms are shown on its product page, in your cart and at checkout, and the order page in My account → Orders always shows what you can do right now.
1. Cancelling an order
Whether you can cancel an order online, for which payment methods (cash on delivery or prepaid), and within what time of placing it, is set out in the current rules shown at the top of this page.
Where online cancellation is available for your order, you can cancel it yourself until it ships. Open the order in My account → Orders and choose Cancel order (or, where the current rules allow cancelling only some parts, Cancel order or items). Only parts that haven't shipped yet can be cancelled; the order page shows which ones.
If online cancellation isn't available for your order, or the time limit has passed, contact us before it ships, with your order number, and we'll help if your order hasn't shipped.
Once a part has shipped it can no longer be cancelled; you can return it after delivery if it's eligible (see below).
Parts that can't be cancelled
Some parts, usually special-order parts, are marked "Can't be cancelled once ordered" on the product page, in the cart and at checkout. They can't be cancelled after you order. Other parts in the same order may still be cancellable; the order page shows which.
We may cancel
We may cancel an order or part before dispatch, for example if it's out of stock or was listed at a wrong price. We'll tell you by email, and you'll get the same refund as below.
2. Refunds for cancellations
- Paid online: the refund is issued automatically the moment the cancellation goes through, to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer usually credits it within 5–7 working days.
- Whole order cancelled: you get back everything you paid, including the delivery charge.
- Some parts cancelled: you get back the price of the cancelled parts; the delivery charge stays with the rest of the order.
- Cash on delivery: you pay nothing for cancelled parts. If you cancel only some, you pay the new, lower total on delivery.
We email you the details of every cancellation.
3. Returns
You can ask to return a part within the return window shown in the current rules at the top of this page, counted from delivery (if your order came in more than one parcel, from the last delivery). The reasons you can choose are:
- Doesn't fit my bike
- Arrived damaged
- Doesn't work / defective
- Received a different part
- Not as described
- Other
If the current rules say online return requests aren't open, contact us instead: if your part arrives damaged, defective, different from what you ordered, or not as described, send us your order number and clear photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the case.
Non-returnable parts
Some parts are marked "Not returnable, unless damaged, defective or not as described" on the product page, in the cart and at checkout. You can still return them within the return window for these reasons:
- Arrived damaged
- Doesn't work / defective
- Received a different part
- Not as described
Condition of returned parts
Parts returned because they don't fit or for any other reason that isn't our fault should be unused, not fitted to a vehicle, in their original condition and with all original packaging, labels and accessories. We may reject a request that doesn't meet these conditions, and we'll always tell you why. This doesn't apply to parts that arrived damaged, are defective, or are wrong or not as described.
After the return window closes, the order page no longer offers returns; contact us if there's a problem with a part, and see our warranty policy.
4. How a return works
- Open the order in My account → Orders and choose Return items. Pick the parts and quantities, choose a reason and add a note (photos help: email them with your order number). For a cash on delivery order, enter the UPI ID you'd like the refund sent to.
- We review your request and email you, usually within 1–2 working days.
- If we approve it, we tell you how to send the part back (pickup or packing instructions). If we can't accept it, we tell you why.
- When the part reaches us, we inspect it, and then issue your refund.
You get an email at every step, and the order page shows where your return is.
5. Refunds for returns
- Paid online: refunded to your original payment method once the returned part reaches us and has been inspected. Your bank usually credits it within 5–7 working days of the refund.
- Cash on delivery: refunded by UPI to the UPI ID you give us, once the returned part reaches us and has been inspected.
- Amount: the price you paid for the returned parts. Delivery and cash on delivery charges aren't refunded on returns.
Your rights under consumer law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Whatever a part's return setting, we will take it back and refund you if it is defective, deficient or spurious, isn't what was described or agreed, or is delivered late against the delivery schedule we gave you (unless the delay was caused by events outside our control). Contact us with your order number.
