Terms of use and sale
Last updated: 8 October 2026
These terms apply when you use the Autopartwala website and when you buy from us. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the website.
1. Who we are
Autopartwala is the online store of Anay Autoparts Retail Private Limited, Shop No. 7, 3rd Floor, Building No. 1139, Street No. 10, Naiwala, Karol Bagh, New Delhi - 110005, India ("we", "us"). We sell our own stock of two-wheeler spare parts; we are not a marketplace for other sellers. Our full company and contact details are on the contact page.
2. Who can buy, and your account
- You must be 18 or older and able to enter into a contract under Indian law to place an order. Anyone younger may use the site only under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
- You need an account to place an order. Give accurate details (including a phone number the courier can reach), keep your password secret, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity on your account.
3. Orders, prices and GST
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. You get an order number (like APW-261008-123456) and an email confirming we've received it. The contract for a part is formed when we dispatch it.
- Until dispatch we may decline or cancel an order, in whole or in part, for example if a part is out of stock, was listed at an obviously wrong price or description, or the order looks fraudulent. If we do, we tell you and refund anything you paid for the cancelled parts in full.
- Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. Each part shows its MRP and our selling price. The delivery charge, and the cash on delivery charge if you choose cash on delivery, are shown at checkout before you pay. The price you pay is the one shown when you place the order; later price changes don't affect it.
- Every order comes with a GST tax invoice, which you can download from My account → Orders.
- We may limit the quantity of a part per order and may stop selling any part at any time.
4. Payment
- Online: UPI, credit and debit cards and net banking, processed by Razorpay, a payment gateway. Your card, UPI and bank details are entered with Razorpay and are never stored by us. A prepaid order is placed only once Razorpay confirms the payment to us.
- Cash on delivery: available on orders within our order-value limits and for PIN codes where we offer it, with a cash on delivery charge. Checkout tells you if it isn't available for your order. Please keep the exact amount ready when the parcel arrives.
5. Fitment and part numbers
- We list which bikes each part fits (make, model, year and variant) in good faith, from the information available to us. Bikes of the same model can take different parts by year, variant, emission norm (BS4 or BS6) or brake type, so please check your exact variant, and the part number if you know it, before ordering.
- If you're unsure, contact us before ordering. If a part doesn't fit, our cancellation, returns and refunds policy explains your options.
6. Part grades and trademarks
- Genuine (OEM): a part from the vehicle maker, sold under the maker's brand.
- OES: made by the maker's original equipment supplier and sold under the supplier's own brand.
- Aftermarket: a replacement part made by a third-party brand.
Vehicle makers' and part brands' names, logos and model names belong to their owners. We use them only to describe the parts and the bikes they fit. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any vehicle maker unless we say so expressly.
7. Warranty
Where a part carries a warranty, its length is shown on the product page and the warranty is given by the manufacturer. How to claim, and what isn't covered, is in our warranty policy. This doesn't limit your rights under consumer law for defective goods.
8. Delivery, cancellations and returns
Delivery is covered by our shipping policy, and cancelling, returning and refunds by our cancellation, returns and refunds policy. Each part's cancellation and return terms are also shown on its product page, in the cart and at checkout.
9. Installation and use
Spare parts affect your safety on the road. We recommend that a qualified mechanic fits every part, following the vehicle maker's instructions. We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by incorrect installation, by using a part on a vehicle it isn't listed for, or by modifying a part.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for:
- indirect or consequential loss, such as loss of income, profit or data, or the cost of a hired vehicle;
- loss caused by incorrect installation or misuse of a part;
- delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (see section 13).
Otherwise, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law, including our liability for defective goods or deficiency in service under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
11. Using the website
You agree not to:
- give false details, place orders you don't intend to pay for or accept, or impersonate anyone;
- use the site for anything unlawful or fraudulent;
- try to break into, overload or disrupt the site, or copy large parts of it with automated tools;
- post or send anything unlawful, harmful or infringing through it.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
The website's content, design and software belong to us or our licensors. You may use them to shop with us, not copy or reuse them commercially without our permission. Photo credits are on the photo credits page.
12. Indemnity
You agree to compensate us for reasonable losses, costs and legal fees we incur because you broke these terms, misused the website, or infringed someone else's rights.
13. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, epidemics, lockdowns, strikes, government action, or failures of courier, payment or network services. We'll tell you and, if we can't deliver, refund what you paid for the undelivered parts.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date shows when. The terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the next sentence, the courts at New Delhi have jurisdiction over any dispute. Nothing here limits your right as a consumer to file a complaint before the appropriate Consumer Commission, including where you live or work, under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019; complaints can be filed online at edaakhil.nic.in.
Please raise any complaint with us first: see grievance redressal. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
